Head of Corporate Finance (Fintech)

8-15 years experience in investment banking, PE or in-house corporate finance functions.

A fintech or startup Corporate Development role experience will be very helpful.

Deal experience in Indonesia and in international markets

Strong verbal and written communication skills & strong stakeholder management

High level of energy and initiative

Strong expertise in financial modeling

High degree of numeracy and attention to detail

Fundraising experience and M&A execution experience, including managing due diligence and transaction documentation processes

Execution experience across structured debt products - leverage and asset backed loans and HY bonds (potentially also rating work) ideally in SEA markets
